About Jason Kingry
Jason Kingry is a Dothan personal injury lawyer and Dothan native who returned home to fight for the people and families of the Wiregrass. Born and raised in Dothan, he left only to earn his bachelor’s degree in economics from Auburn University, where he concentrated in applied econometrics.
Jason went on to attend Thomas Goode Jones School of Law on a full scholarship and graduated in 2024. In law school, he served as President of the Student Bar Association and competed nationally in mock trial advocacy, where he sharpened the courtroom skills he now uses for his clients. He also interned with nationwide class action firms on fraud and consumer protection, mass torts, and product defect litigation, and he clerked for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. That clerkship gave him a firsthand view of how federal cases are built, argued, and decided. Jason is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts and in federal court.
When he and his wife began starting a family, coming home to Dothan was an easy decision, and so was joining Dothan Law Group.
Car accident and truck accident lawyer in Dothan, AL
Today, Jason dedicates the majority of his practice to personal injury, representing victims of car accidents, motorcycle wrecks, commercial trucking collisions, and other serious injuries throughout Dothan, Houston County, and the State of Alabama. He works to make sure injured people get full and fair compensation and are not pushed around by insurance companies.
Workers’ compensation attorney
Jason also represents injured workers in Alabama workers’ compensation claims. When someone is hurt on the job, especially in a wreck caused by another driver, Jason pursues both the workers’ compensation benefits they are owed and any separate claim against the at-fault party, so no source of recovery is left on the table.
Denied State Farm roof claims and insurance bad faith
Jason also focuses on property damage claims, including wrongfully denied insurance claims and insurance bad faith. He represents homeowners whose roof damage claims were denied by State Farm after hail and storm damage. Dothan Law Group has filed nearly 200 of these lawsuits in Houston County alone, and they are now in active litigation. Jason and the firm are still accepting new cases.
If your roof claim was denied, or you were injured in a wreck in Dothan, Enterprise, Ozark, Headland, or anywhere in the Wiregrass, call Jason Kingry at Dothan Law Group at (334) 793-4354.
